will with the products be shipped to me?
Products
are normally arrives to you within 8 to 12 business days. Any
information we may gather about you is used by us only, so that
we can make our website easier to use and more relevant to you,
and keep you informed of our products and promotions.
What
is an order or invoice number? Do I need this number?
Can
I throw my invoice away once I receive my order? Your invoice/order
number is VERY IMPORTANT. We use the invoice/order number to
reference your information and your order. Without this number,
we cannot provide efficient service. YOU WILL NEED YOUR INVOICE/ORDER
NUMBER FOR REFERENCE! DO NOT LOSE IT! Also, your actual physical
invoice is your receipt - HOLD ONTO IT! We are in many ways
similar to a retail store in that we require the receipt of
your purchase to process any kind of return or exchange. We
are not responsible for keeping track of your paperwork!
Can
you ship to an address other than my billing address?
Yes,
we are able to ship to an address other than your billing address,
however, we do require an authorization so that we can help cut
down on fraudulent usage of your credit card. Please contact your
credit card company to have your shipping address added as an
authorized shipping address in their records. (Please place order
after address is successfully added). This one step helps us cut
down on fraud, keeps our costs down, and enables us to provide
our customers with the lowest price possible. The procedure is
done to protect both our consumers, as well as ourselves. We realize
that this policy may be slightly inconvenient, however it enables
us to provide you with the best possible price. We hope you understand
our position, and thank you for your cooperation!
Sales
tax is only required for orders shipping with our resident state.
Therefore, all orders shipping within Maryland will be charged
the applicable sales tax.
I ordered many items, but some are missing from my order. What
do I do?
Please
notify us immediately if you are missing items from an order.
Any discrepancies must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving
the order. Please be aware that items are checked three (3) times
before they are shipped to you. A mistake is impossible in this
situation.
